HireAI Inc. Terms of Service

These HireAI Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any applicable Order Form ("Order Form") which by reference is incorporated herein, (collectively, the "Agreement") sets forth the terms under which you may use and access HireAI's Services (as defined below) and is binding between HireAI Inc. ("HireAI", "we", "us", or "our") and the legal entity using the Services ("you", "Customer's," and "Customer" refers to that legal entity). You and HireAI may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to your access to and use of HireAI's:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

HireAI provides advanced AI Agent solutions for business process automation. Our Services include intelligent software agents capable of performing complex business tasks, workflow automation, data processing, and system integration. These AI Agents can operate autonomously to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual workload. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
